the package formerly known as dashdbox was found to suffer a minor infelicity. in the course of correcting the bug, the author (Reuben Thomas) decided to change the name of the package to dashbox. i have therefore deleted the previous macros/latex/contrib/supported/dashdbox, and installed the new version of the package in macros/latex/contrib/supported/dashbox the dashbox package does \fbox(etc)-like things, with dashed borders the bitfield package (macros/latex/contrib/supported/bitfield) has also been upgraded, since it uses dashbox. the bitfield package draws bitfield diagrams.
