CTAN package update and changes to: epsf

The well-known epsf macros have been updated on tug.ctan.org, and these 
changes should soon appear at your favorite mirror.

Please note the change of location.  The material has moved 
from the single file /macros/plain/contrib/misc/epsf.tex to 
the directory /macros/generic/epsf , where it has been expended to
include multiple files.
