Producing large numbers of pictures for animations to be shown at TUG2004 revealed some bugs in some macros. Only ashes of bugs remain in "tropicalglobe" and "smoothtorus".

Backward compatibility is maintained with the exception of the perspective macro "rp" which now depends on the global variable "MaxFearLimit".
