I have uploaded to Dante an MS-Windows (Win32) executable for s2latex (converts Scribe documents to LaTeX documents):

s2latex-win32.exe
s2latex-win32.README

No changes to the sources were necessary to compile them.

I would suggest to place them in a subdirectory win32 of support / s2latex
