revision of tugboat macros for latex

I've installed a revision of the tugboat macros in
macros/latex/contrib/tugboat
The macros should be used by anyone who wishes to submit a paper to
tugboat, or to a tug conference.
The installation contains revised documentation to go with the new
release.

TUGboat – LaTeX macros for TUGboat articles
Provides ltugboat.cls for both regular and proceedings issues of the TUGboat journal.
Also provides a BibTeX style, tugboat.bst.
