package.

Summary description: German formatting of bible citations

Announcement text: <hr>This is the first release of bibleref-german. This package provides translations 
and various formats for the use of bibleref in German documents. The German 
naming of the bible books complies with the 'Loccumer Richtlinien' (Loccum 
guidelines). Apart from that, the Vulgate (Latin bible) is supported.

Announcement text: <hr>- BUGFIX: German umlauts did not work with utf8 encoding.
- The German names for bible references can now be given 
  with Arabic numerals as well, e.g. 1Mose. The notation 
  with Roman numerals (IMose) still works. 
- bibleref-german also works with the package bibleref-parse
