CTAN has a new package: pinlabel.sty

Colin Rourke, of Mathematical Sciences Publishers, has provided a new
package.  the catalogue entry says:

    Pinlabel is a labelling package for attaching perfectly formatted
    TeX labels to figures and diagrams in both eps and pdf formats.
    It is suitable both for labelling a new diagram and for
    relabelling an existing diagram.

and the package may be found on CTAN in directory
macros/latex/contrib/pinlabel

users may browse the new package's directory, and read its
documentation, via the catalogue entry
