CTAN Update: libgreek
Date: September 25, 2012 7:03:47 PM CEST
On Sun, 23 Sep 2012 Jean-François Burnol submitted an update to the
libgreek
package.
Summary description: Libertine/Biolinum Greek in math mode
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
The libgreek package allows (PDF)LaTeX users to use the Greek letters from the Libertine/Biolinum fonts of the libertine-legacy (or earlier) package. The typeset document does not need to load libertine-legacy (or an earlier libertine) but of course this package must be present on the user's computer. Only the documentation has been updated. Style file unchanged.
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/libgreek . More information is at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/libgreek (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . Please join a users group; see http://www.tug.org/usergroups.html .
Thanks for the upload. For the CTAN Team Rainer Schöpf

Libgreek – Greek letters in math mode from Libertinus or Linux Libertine/Biolinum
This package allows LaTeX users (especially if using traditional
LaTeX/pdfLaTeX) to set the Greek letters in math mode
using the glyphs from the Libertinus Serif or Sans font
via the font support files provided by Bob Tennent’s
libertinus-type1 package.
All Greek letters are defined both in \…up and
\…it variants.
The style (ISO, TeX, or French i.e. upright) can be modified
midway in the document.
A legacy
mode uses font support from the (obsolete)
libertine-legacy package
which maps to the Linux Libertine or Biolinum fonts.
This package is for users who only want to customize Greek letters in math mode.
