EuroTeX – Multilingual macros for Plain TeX
A package for using the (now obsolete) DC fonts to provide a version of Plain TeX that accepts ISO Latin 1 input, and provides hyphenation in Danish, English, Finnish, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Polish and Swedish (it could be extended, but it would also need adapting for the EC fonts, or similar, now).
