Paracolrule – Decorative separator rules for paracol

This package adds solid, dashed, dotted, double, custom-macro, and optional TikZ separator-rule renderers to paracol while preserving paracol’s page breaking, spanning text, arbitrary column counts, gap geometry, and rule colors.
