TclTexEd – LaTeX editor written in TCL

TclTexEd is an editor written in the scripting language Tcl/Tk and is highly specialized for writing LaTeX documents.

The editor works both on Unix and Windows systems if a Tcl/Tk interpreter (>8.0) is installed.
